The Barents Euro-Arctic Region

The Barents Euro-Arctic Region includes following 13 territories which also are the members of the Barents Regional Council:

Barents Monitoring - the economic trends and developments in the Russian part of the Barents Region, quarterly reports from Murmansk Oblast, Arkhangelsk Oblast and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The Barents Monitoring is produced by the Russian offices of the Norwegian Barents Secretariat based on information from the regional statistics services.
